Hot Pilates is an invigorating class held in a heated room, designed to improve strength, flexibility and endurance through guided Pilates exercises.

Cancellation Policy
To keep classes running smoothly and give all clients a fair chance to book, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to avoid losing your class credit. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class, the session will be forfeited and the class credit will not be returned. No-shows will also result in a lost class credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy allows us to offer waitlisted spots to others and ensures a smooth experience for all clients. All cancellations must be made via our booking system. We do not accept cancellations via text, phone, or social media.
