About the event
Join us for a mat Pilates class by candlelight as the sun rises. An inspiring event to symbolise hope as we come together as a community to support mental health, suicide and self-harm prevention. All proceeds will go to PIPS Suicide Prevention. Together we can turn Darkness into Light for those who need it most.
Beginners welcome.
